As Treasurer, you will manage the Community Centre’s finances, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and that the Centre operates within its budget.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain up-to-date financial records, including income, expenditure, and cash flow.
– Prepare financial reports and present them at board meetings.
– Oversee the Community Centre’s budget to ensure financial sustainability.
– Liaise with funders and donors, ensuring transparency and accountability.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Skills & Qualities:
– Strong financial management and accounting skills.
– Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
– Ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
– Prior experience in finance, accounting, or book-keeping preferable.
