The Hungry Mind Clubhouse – House Rules
The Hungry Mind is a welcoming community space where people can come together to enjoy coffee, conversation, and activities. To keep our clubhouse running smoothly for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
1. The Hungry Mind is 100% volunteer-run, and all of our staff are volunteers. Please be patient and respectful, as everyone is generously giving their time to support the community.
2. Please be considerate of fellow visitors and keep noise levels appropriate. We are a family-friendly community. Please use kind and respectful language at all times.
3. Help us keep the Clubhouse clean — Parents, please help your children clean up in the toy area before leaving to keep the space tidy for everyone.
4. Children under the age of 13 (Year 7 and below) must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, as the Clubhouse is not a daycare or drop-off space, and children must be supervised.
5. The Hungry Mind is not a canteen—we kindly ask that you do not bring your own food or drinks into the Clubhouse, as we serve a selection of drinks and light food options that help support our community space.
6. Please keep an eye on your belongings. The Hungry Mind is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. The kitchen is for volunteers and staff only. If you need anything, please ask at the bar.
Thank you for being part of our community and helping us keep The Hungry Mind a welcoming space for all!
