DESCRIPTION:Monday 10th October is World Mental Health Day. The theme this year is ‘making mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority’. \nThe last few years have been tough for many people and it can sometimes be hard to make yourself a priority. We want to offer you a FREE Somatics session\, so you can spend at least an hour doing something just for you. \nSomatics incorporates the mind\, body\, and spirit into therapeutic healing work. Somatics is used to treat mental and emotional health issues through the connection of mind and body and uses a body-centric approach. \nIt’s a truly lovely experience.
